The Operational Management is entrusted to the CBPT Research Center, founded by Maria A. Geraci.

The goal of the Center is to promote training and research on Cognitive-Behavioral Play Therapy. The Center provides clinical, training and research activities, with the aim of promoting the development and well-being of the child through the application of a cognitive-behavioral model integrated with play.

Cognitive-Behavioral Play Therapy interventions can be inserted in a CBT psychotherapy setting aimed at children or in a school and/or hospital context.

Specifically, the purpose of the Center is to promote studies and research aimed at:

– to prevention and treatment activities

– to scientific research

– professional and scientific training

– the construction of psychometric investigation tools and scientific production
